Loss of system charge
If you haven’t use the system for long time, then there would be automatic power loss. So when you start the system, due to this insufficient power, the system could not stat up. This is the simple reason for the start up issue in
the system. So check whether the power button is turned on. If the power button is not on, then the reason would be the insufficient power. You could plug-in the system and retry to turn on the system.
More start up processes
The starts up processes are the one which also would be started with the boot up of windows. If the start up list contains more processes, then the resources in the system is to be assigned to each of these processes. If more than one process accesses the same resource, then the processing would be slow down and thus the system could not start up correctly. To fix this issue, you could remove the unnecessary start up processes from the start up list.
The registry is the storage space which stores the details about the installed files in the system. The registry would be corrupted when any of the data in it is duplicated. You could use the registry cleaners to resolve the issue.
